Private pilot
ScryNexus Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026
Using the pilot
These terms apply when you use the ScryNexus private pilot. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required in your location. If you use a store workspace, you confirm that the store authorized you to act in the role assigned to your account.
Accounts and security
Keep sign-in links and connected accounts secure. Do not share access, impersonate another person, bypass tenant controls, probe another store’s data, or use the service to harm the platform or its users. Tell the pilot operator through your inviting store if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.
Communications and consent
Store users may communicate only with audiences they are authorized to reach and only for a recorded permitted purpose. No purchased lists, deceptive content, unsolicited Discord messages, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass unsubscribe, suppression, provider, or platform safety controls are allowed. The store remains responsible for its message content and applicable sender obligations.
Commerce, rewards, and AI
Shopify remains the commerce system of record. ScryNexus rewards are store-specific pilot benefits, are not cash, and may be corrected or reversed when a purchase is refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or imported incorrectly. AI output is a draft for human review and may be incomplete or wrong; it never has authority to send or mutate consent, identity, points, or rewards.
Your content and shared records
You retain rights in content you submit and give ScryNexus permission to process it only to operate and improve the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. Shared league results, consent evidence, store accounting, loyalty entries, and audit facts may be retained in de-identified form after account deletion so other users’ records remain accurate.
Third-party services
Enabled features may depend on Supabase, Google Cloud, Shopify, Resend, Discord, and other providers. Their services and terms are separate. ScryNexus is not sponsored or endorsed by Discord, Shopify, or any tabletop game publisher.
Pilot availability
The pilot may change, pause, lose data, or end. It is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Export data you need to keep. To the extent permitted by law, ScryNexus is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from pilot use.
Suspension and ending use
Access may be suspended for security, abuse, legal, provider, or consent risks. You may stop using the service and delete your account from Account & sign-in. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Notice.
